Ingredients :
   
Leftover cooked rice - 1 cup
Green chillies
- 2
Dry mango powder
- 1/4 tsp
Grated ginger
- 1 tsp.
Salt
- to taste
Oil - to fry

 

Method :

Take a bowl and mash the leftover cooked rice in it. Add all the other ingredients excepting the oil and mix well.Apply oil on palm and form small balls of the mixture.Deep fry these balls till light brown. Serve hot with tomato or clillie sauce.
