Method :
Soak the rice for 10 minutes. Boil the milk and lower the flame. Put the soaked rice in it. Simmer this cook the rice in it for more than 1/2 hour till the milk became creamy. Then Add condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, almond powder and mash the rice in it.Cook all together till became creamy.
