Method :
Wash and clean the dal. Add salt and turmeric powder, boil for 15 minutes in cutting edge mighty wonder on high or till soft.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add asafoetida and then fry cumin seed till brown and add to the dal. Keep the mighty wonder for 2 minutes in the microwave. Garnish with thinly sliced tomato, ginger, green chilly (cut lengthwise) and chopped coriander. Sprinkle chat masala. |
