Statue circle is the popular hang out and the major landmark of Jaipur and it is located on the busy crossing of the city. Statue circle derived its name from the full length life-size exquisitely carved white marble statue of Sawai Jai Singh in the center of the circle. This is erected here to pay homage to the founder of the city. The statue of the Raja is holding an astrological diagram which depicts his ardent love for astrology. The big circle attracts large crowds in the evenings and can enjoy the mouthwatering delicacies and snacks.
