One of the important churches in Kollam, St. Casimir’s church alias Kadavur Church is situated at Kadavur, a picturesque village on the banks of the Ashtamudi Lake. Built in 1873, it was renovated several times and the present structure was completed in the year 1993. The annual 14-day long festival of Saint George is held in the month of April .
