This 200 years old mosque believed to be built by the founder of Aliwardi village, Nawab Aliwardi Khan is situated 2 km north of the old Tehsil office in Gurgoan. This magnificent building was constructed in a simple style with local materials. A tomb located near to the mosque, supposed to be of Nawab Aliwardi Khan, was constructed with an artistic framework of red stone.
