We have written several times to Ahmedabad Municipal Com. for the above subjects. Huge building collapsed on innocent Ahmedabad citizens at Kalupur, Sodager's Street due to total negligence of AMC.
Ahmedabad Municipal Commissioner promised that those GUNDA BUILDERS responsible for this will be liable to pay to built houses of homeless families, but more than 5 months passed, nothing has happened. Those Gundas like Bata Bros and other involved in this case are now out of jail and enjoying outside.
what type of jurisdiction we have in Gujarat? Those Gundas are out of jail and 15 Homeless families at Kalupur, Sodager’s Pole are suffering for their houses and belongings, which they lost. Please take personal attention and do the needful. |
