Ocean Park, the water theme amusement park, spread over an area of 20
acres, is situated at Gandhipet just 15 kms from Hyderabad. Set up on
international standards, the park provides all the thrills of being at
the ocean for all age groups. Ocean Park is divided into various section
like water sports section, amusement game and rides, kiddies sections
etc. The wave pool, where artificial sea waves have been created by using
the latest technology is the most favorite zone in Ocean Park.
In the kids section, children can make fun with the wading pool, fountain,
toy train, helicopters, huge air filled balloon, video games etc. They
can also enjoy exciting water rides like mushroom umbrella, floating bridge,
wide slide, duck jets and so on. For the adults there are many thrilling
games like the tora tora ride, single loop roller coaster, ships and trains
make half and full circles etc. Food is not allowed inside the park and
it is open on all days from 11A.M to 8 P.M. The entry fee is Rs. 150/-
for adults and Rs. 100/- for children.
