Information Brochure and Application Form can be obtained from the Institutes of Hotel Management / Food Craft Institutes and designated bank branches as listed by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology on payment of some requisite amount. It can also be downloaded from the Council’s website www.nchmct.org

Duly completed Application Form, along with Acknowledgement Card and Admit Cards (in triplicate), should be sent to "JEE CELL" National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Library Avenue, Pusa Complex, New Delhi-110012" in the pre-addressed envelope. Do not staple or paste the Acknowledgement Card and Admit Cards with the Application Form. Ensure that the Application Form is not folded. Sealed envelope containing filled in Application Form, Acknowledgement Card and Admit Cards be sent through Registered Post/ Speed Post only
