UPSEE application form and brochure can be purchased
from head post offices and Mukhya Dak Ghar of Uttar Pradesh, New Delhi, Naintlal
and Dehradun. The application form can also obtained through post from the Registrar
of the University by submitting a crossed Bank Draft of requisite amount i\
towards cost of application form, Information Brochure and Postage Charges etc
in favour of Finance Officer, A/C See - UPTU payable at Lucknow along with two
self addressed envelops. The candidate should write his/her name and address
on the back of the Demand Draft.
Filling up the application form
The OMR application form has been filled completely in all respects and
the duly signed declaration should be made by the candidate and his/ her father/guardian
only. One unattested passport size (Black & White) photograph
(showing portion of the body chest upwards) is pasted on the application form
at the prescribed place. Do not get it attested. The candidate has put his
/ her signature with black ball pen within the prescribed box in the application
form. The candidate should note down the application form number
for future correspondence with SEE-UPTU office.No certificate / attested
copy of certificate is enclosed with the application form. Use HB pencil to
fill circles in the OMR application form.
The application form, complete in all respects should reach
The Registar(SEE), UP Technical University, I. E. T campus sitapur Road Lucknow
on or before the due date.
Candidates seeking advantage of reserved categories, weightage
etc. are required not to enclose any supporting certificates with application
form. These certificates in original will have to be produced at the time of
counselling along with one attested copy of each one of them.
Admit Card
Admit card will be sent by post to the each candidate. To get duplicate
admit card, the candidate should contact the nodal centre situated in the
city of examination which he/she has opted as first choice with the following
things.
- Two Passport size photographs (Black & White) similar to that pasted
on the application form.
- Rs. 25.00 as Fee for duplicate admit card.
- The OMR application form number.
- Proof of having submitted the application form.
The successful candidates are required to produce the Admit
Card at the time of counselling and admission, it should be carefully preserved
till the admission through SEE is completed.
