Merit Listing
Engineering Course : Merit
will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate in
Paper-I(Physics & Chemistry) and Paper-II(Mathematics) at RPETEAP .
Architecture Courses : The
merit will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate
in Paper –II (Mathematics) and Paper-IV (Aptitude Test) at RPETEAP
Pharmacy Course: The
merit will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidate
in Paper-I (Physics & Chemistry) and Paper-II (Mathematics) [or Paper-III
(Biology) in lieu of Paper-II (mathematics) ] at RPETEAP
The merit of a candidate in RPETEAP will be
informed through news paper, website and notice board of RPETEAP. The marks
sheet shall be dispatched by post soon after the publication of Merit list. By
any chance, if a candidate does not receive the mark sheet within two weeks of
publication of merit list, he/she should write to the coordinator RPETEAP for
another copy which shall be issued on payment a required fee as Bank Draft in favour of the Coordinator RPETEAP payable at Kota.
The merit of the candidates securing equal
marks in aggregate in RPETEAP will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in
Mathematics (paper II), Aptitude Test (PaperIV) and Physics and Chemistry (paper
I) for the courses engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy respectively.
In case there is a tie on the basis of the above criteria
in Engineering / Architecture / Pharmacy courses, the relative merit will be
decided by the age of the candidate. The candidate of higher age (older
candidate) will be placed on higher merit.
Admission Procedure
The admission will be
carried out on the basis of merit in RPETEAP and the Option Form filled
in by the candidate. Candidates eligible for admission will have to fill an
option form along with a demand draft of prescribed fee in favour of coordinator
RPETEAP payable at Kota or may be deposited in cash in the respective branches
of PNB. No option form will be valid without
such fees. The Option form and other instructions will be provided to the
candidates during the examination. No correction will be allowed in the option form once
submitted. No admission shall be made after the date as fixed by Chairperson,
CACC RPETEAP.
Candidates are advised in their own
interest to secure information regarding the admission from the authorised web
site of RPETEAP and Notice Board of Coordinator RPETEAP. The non-receipt
of communication to the candidate from Coordinator RPETEAP. Rajasthan
Technical University, Kota will not be accepted as a ground for not
submitting the option form or non-reporting in the allotted institute on the
scheduled time and date. The candidate's
allotment shall stand automatically cancelled if he/she does not report IN
PERSON to the allotted institute as per schedule. In such case his
registration with RPETEAP will be cancelled.
Candidates who have appeared at the
qualifying examination will have to submit the attested photocopy of the mark
sheet of passing the qualifying examination with Option form failing which
his/her Option form will not be accepted and the candidature will automatically
cancelled. Candidate passing the (10+2) examination with supplementary
will not be eligible for admission through RPETEAP.
Admission of the candidate will
be provisional till the eligibility certificate is issued by the concerned
university. At the time of reporting in the allotted
institute, the candidates will be required to deposit all original documents,
certificate and a specified amount towards fee.
The allotted institute would check the documents and other required certificates
with originals. In case the admission is granted, the amount would not be
returned / refunded under any circumstances. The original documents will be
returned by the College in which admission has been granted after the University
enrolment has been done.
