Admission Details
Admission will be made through counseling of students
appeared in the merit list prepared on the basis of scores obtained in AIEEE
Test.
Counselling
Admissions shall be made through
On-line Off-Campus counselling by NIC. To participate in the counseling, it is mandatory for every candidate
to register himself/herself through counseling website. Also they must pay a
pre-requisite registration fee for counseling through cash/cheque/draft/ cash
transfer, in the account of Haryana State Counseling Society in any of the Centralized
Banking Solution (CBS) branch of Punjab National Bank on the prescribed format
which is available in the Admission Brochure.
There will be 5 stages of counseling. A
candidate may not be eligible on the 1st day
of counseling but may be eligible on subsequent days of counseling.
A candidate shall be allowed for change of his/her registration details
on the counselling websites as and when required before locking of choices
during counselling period. In case any candidate changes registration details
after submission of choices, but before locking, all choices filled earlier
will be initialized and all choices will be required to be filled in again.
However locking of submitted choices is essentially required.
After the result of 1st counselling, the candidate is required to deposit a
specified amount of fee in case a seat is allotted.
The deposition of this admission fee will entail the
candidate to confirm the admission in the allotted
institute besides other formalities of joining/reporting in designated institute by the
candidates and verification of credentials.
Candidates after depositing the admission fee as mentioned in
para-6 above, shall report in the designated institute for joining, verifications of
documents and for further directions regarding reporting at allotted Institute.
The candidate shall report in the designated centre with the allotment letter generated
from the website along with all requisite
documents / certificates / testimonials and password.
The Joining shall be deemed to be confirmed only after signing the joining jointly
by Institute & candidate.
The candidates, at the time of reporting must bring the
following Original Certificates / Documents / Testimonials along with three sets of duly
attested photocopies of these with them. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required Certificate
/ Document / Testimonial at the time of reporting the institution, will forfeit his/her claim to admission.
