Post Graduate Programme
The University offers Post Graduate Degree Programmes in:
- Constitutional Governance {MA/M.Sc./LL.M. in Constitutional Governance
(Four Semester)}
- Intellectual Property Law {LL.M.-IPR/MIP (Four Semesters)}
- Management and Law {MBA, LL.M./MBL (Six Semesters)}
- Insurance {MBA in Insurance (Five Semesters)}
- International Trade and WTO {LL.M. (International Trade) (Four Semesters)}
- Banking and Finance {(MBF) (Four Semesters)}
All the above-mentioned programmes are full time and residential. Programmes
mentioned above shall be offered subject to a minimum number of ten students
in each programme.
Eligibility: A student seeking admission in the Post Graduate
programme should have secured 50% marks in aggregate in any discipline
at Graduate level. For LL.M. programme the candidate must be a Law Graduate.
All those who have appeared in the qualifying examinations are entitled
to appear in the Entrance Test. However, candidate securing less than
50% in the qualifying examination will be denied admission notwithstanding
his/her rank in the EntranceTest.
Examination Centers : Delhi, Jaipur and Jodhpur
Intake and Reservation :
The intake capacity of all the six programmes i.e. Constitutional Governance,
IPR, M.B.A./MBL, M.B.A. LL.M., M.B.A. Insurance, M.B.A. Trade Related
Laws and WTO, M.B.A. Banking and Finance, put together, shall be Forty
Five (45). Students shall be allotted programme of their choice as per
their preferences subject to a minimum number of ten students in each
programme.
The break up of the intake capacity is as under:
General - 35, SC 7 (i.e. 15%), ST 3 (i.e. 7.5%) 3% seats in each category
are reserved for physically challenged students.
